Refund and Returns Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your order for any reason you are welcome to do so within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in saleable condition (except where the item is damaged or faulty).
To return your item
- 1) Notify us by email to newhavenhistory.treasurer@gmail.com specifying your order number, reason for return, and your name and address.
- 2) Return your item by post to:

Please include your name, address and order number in the package. We advise that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If you require an exchange, please include details of the replacement product.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. The cost of returning an item must be borne by the customer and will only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty items or where an item was sent in error.
Please note that items purchased online can also be returned in person to the Museum’s shop. Please go to our Visit Us page for opening times .
